Please use these contact details for privacy questions and to exercise your rights. Further company details are provided in our legal notice.
2. Website operation and hosting
Our website and email mailboxes are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider supplies technical hosting and email services and processes data on our behalf. According to the provider, processing takes place in data centres in Germany. See the provider’s privacy information.
Website requests involve technically necessary connection data, including IP address, date and time, requested URL, data transferred, response status, browser and operating system details and, where applicable, the referring page. Access and error logs may record these data.
Processing enables website delivery, reliable operation and the detection and prevention of errors and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention depends on whether the data are still needed for operation, troubleshooting or investigation of a specific security incident. Log data are not used to create advertising profiles.
3. Contact and product inquiries
When you contact us using a form, email or telephone, we process the information you provide, particularly your name, company, email address, message and any telephone number. Product inquiries also contain selected products, article numbers and variants and, where applicable, quantities. Our forms are intended exclusively for business customers.
We use these data to respond, offer suitable tools and prepare or maintain a business relationship. For a company’s contact persons, processing is based on our legitimate interest in business communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you personally are a contracting party and your inquiry concerns entering into or performing that contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies.
Fields marked * are required to process the relevant form; other details are optional. Without the necessary contact information, we may be unable to answer your inquiry. You may alternatively contact us by telephone or post. Using a form does not subscribe you to newsletters or promotional emails.
Inquiries are sent to our email mailbox. Access is limited to persons responsible for processing them and technical service providers where necessary to provide the services. Correspondence is retained while required to handle the inquiry, maintain a subsequent business relationship or resolve claims. Documents subject to statutory retention duties are kept for the applicable legal period under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data are then deleted unless another lawful retention reason applies.
4. Form abuse protection
Our contact form uses an invisible check field and limits frequent submissions. A value derived from the IP address using a keyed hash is temporarily stored for this purpose. The technical limit expires after ten minutes. Unsuccessful contact form entries may also be temporarily stored for correction for up to ten minutes; the feedback is no longer retrievable afterwards.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are preventing spam and abuse and reliably handling inquiries. No external CAPTCHA service is embedded.
5. Cookies and inquiry list
Functional cookies provide features you expressly request. The sn_language cookie remembers your language choice for the browser session. The inquiry list uses a session identifier to recognise selected items. Its cookie name begins with yith_ywraq_session_ and normally expires after two days; further use may renew the period. Additional technically necessary session cookies may support and secure these features.
Necessary storage and access are based on section 25(2), no. 2 TDDDG. Where personal data are processed, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies, particularly our interest in providing a functioning language selector and inquiry list. You can delete or block cookies in your browser, although this may restrict some features.
6. Fonts, images and external services
Fonts and images are served from this website’s server. No analytics or marketing services or embedded external maps or videos are configured. External links connect to the linked website only when you follow them; the respective provider’s privacy information then applies.
The described website features do not provide for transferring personal data to services outside the European Union or European Economic Area. When you communicate by email, your own email provider is also involved in transmission.
7. Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and portability (Article 20). Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
Right to object: You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). Please use the contact details above.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority for our registered office is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany.
Handling your website inquiry does not involve decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that have legal or similarly significant effects.
